From afar, equip the Bubble Breath and approach the Dragonfly. To the left of the entrance (if you're facing the door) you'll see a green Dragonfly roaming about. Turn around and head back to the entrance of the area. We need to collect what we can (7,000 throughout the entire game) and return it to the Dragon Elders! Most importantly, however, with your new Bubble Breath technique, there's a Dragonfly we need to capture. Sparx will explain to you what Gems are, and how when Ripto's army comes through to steal from the Dragon Treasury, they often drop Gems. Once that's done, explore the vicinity, and collect any and all Gems you come across. Approach this statue and voila! Bubble Breath will be bestowed upon you, so that you can capture Dragonflies!
